At WHC LAB, we prioritize the freshness and safety of our food products; therefore, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that remain in their original, sealed packaging. Due to health and safety regulations, perishable goods that have been opened or tampered with are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our lab verifies the seal integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
